Ending up my workout session with a massive muscular strength and weight loss is what I always yearn for. With help of my instructors, I got comprehensive knowledge of double leg setup, snap down finish, ground and pound, mental preparation for a fight, leg take down and knee picks from clinch. Some of you may not be aware that cage fighting is an alternate name of Mixed martial arts.

This sport is becoming eminent worldwide. I still remember sled sprints, scorpion, sprawl burpee, skate jumps, shoulder rolls, leg through, shrimping, leg split jumps and tuck hurdle jump were tough for me.

“You can do it, my boy, just some efforts more. Never lose hope”, my coach said. As a fighter, I just wanted to remain undefeated during my entire MMA career.
